A central landscape for community and recreation
Homestead Park forms the central hub of the north-west precinct within the Bingara Gorge masterplanned community, providing a range of spaces for sport and community use.
The park incorporates tennis courts, multi-court facilities, an outdoor gym, playground and open turf areas, supporting both active and informal recreation.
Located adjacent to the historic Condell Homestead, the landscape is designed to sit within the Southern Highlands gorge setting, balancing structured recreation with more passive, landscape-led experiences.
